L'Oréal Paris - Careers

As part of the redesign of L’Oréal Careers website, my role was to enhance the user experience while ensuring full alignment with L’Oréal’s corporate website. The project required translating the core identity and design direction of the main L’Oréal.com site into a careers-focused platform while also addressing the needs of job seekers and internal recruitment teams.

UI/UX Design

The goal was to make the L’Oréal Careers experience more engaging, inclusive, and intuitive for a global audience. The main challenge was to try and make space for all that content. Carreers website can often be overwhelming, the goal was to make it as enjoyable as possible.

The focus for the design was that it reflected L’Oréal’s premium aesthetic while staying accessible and user-focused.

Brand Consistency

I helped maintain visual and functional consistency across all L’Oréal websites by applying and adapting the global design system to the Careers platform.

This ensured the site remained fully aligned with L’Oréal’s digital identity, while meeting the specific needs of job seekers and recruiters.

Efficiency & Scalability

A key challenge of the project was to design components that could be easily maintained by L’Oréal’s internal teams. I focused on building flexible, modular page templates and content blocks that allowed non-designers to create new pages without breaking the design or requiring support.
